Retail Sales Associate, Full-Time Key Holder -- Vancouver, BC

La Canadienne is growing in Vancouver, and we're looking for a career-oriented Sales Specialist to join our dynamic retail team. In this role, you'll deliver exceptional customer experiences and represent La Canadienne as a true brand ambassador--bringing our craftsmanship, comfort, and city-ready style to life for every client.

What You'll Do

Client Experience & Sales

Build and nurture a loyal clientele by consistently acquiring new clients, developing existing relationships, and maintaining long-term customer loyalty.

Achieve strong personal sales results through relationship-driven, client-focused selling and elevated customer service.

Provide confident styling and product recommendations tailored to each customer's lifestyle and needs.

Product & Brand Knowledge

Maintain in-depth knowledge of La Canadienne's current in-store and online collections.

Stay informed on product details including materials, manufacturing processes, care, and sustainability initiatives--communicating these effectively to clients.

Operations

Accurately and efficiently process sales transactions while maintaining cash and media accountability at POS registers.

Support daily store operations and complete additional tasks as assigned.

What You Bring

2-3 years of luxury retail sales experience.

Proven customer service and relationship-selling skills.

Strong operational confidence; POS experience required (Shopify an asset).

Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and entrepreneurial in approach.

Team-focused mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively.

Professional and calm in resolving customer questions or concerns.

Awareness of current fashion trends and competitive retail landscape.

Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.

Mandarin language skills are an asset.
