We are looking for a Sales Associate to join our team at Hemp Haven. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing great customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and maintaining a clean and organized work place.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers as they enter and provide a welcoming and informative experience

- Educate customers on cannabis products and accessories

- Answer questions and provide recommendations based on customer needs and preferences

- Ring up customer purchases accurately and efficiently

- Maintain accurate inventory and restock shelves as needed

- Organize and maintain displays and merchandise

- Keep the store clean and organized, including wiping counter tops, sweeping and mopping floors, and taking out the trash

- Maintain a thorough knowledge of our product offerings and be able to provide accurate information to customers

- Work as a team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Requirements:

- Strong customer service skills and an outgoing personality

- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others

- Knowledge of cannabis products and accessories

- Must be 19 or older and provide criminal background check

- Smart Choices Cannabis Retail Certification

- At least 6 months of retail sales experience, preferably in the cannabis industry

- Must be comfortable working with cash and using a point-of-sale system

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 26 - 32 per week
