What we expect
Role R
esponsibilities
Responsible for meeting monthly sales quotas by proactively seeking contracts, preparing job proposals with cost estimates, managing accounts and developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers
Prepare and deliver presentations for prospective customers
Negotiate prices and other job proposal terms
Prepare booking packages
Contact existing or prospective customers to maintain and increase customer base
Visit job sites to check the status of current job or to determine scope of prospective job
Review and complete appropriate paperwork after job has been completed
Drive Sales from Tender to Contract ratification
Personally investigate complaints from customers
When necessary, contact customers for collection purposes and identify alternative options for payment
Attend out of town sales meetings and/or regional trainings
Complete daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly reports
Performs other duties as assigned
Main Focus on Modernization Sales with New Installation Cross Training and future growth opportunity
Portfolio assignments subject to change based on operational needs (Modernization/New Installation etc.)
Other duties as assigned
Who we are looking for
Role
Qualifications
A minimum of 2 years of Sales experience
Bachelor's degree is preferred, not mandatory
Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to establish rapport and maintain relationships
Prior use of CRM considered an assets
Ability to read, understand and analyze technical drawings for the creation of quotes
Strong business acumen and demonstrated ability to adhere to deadlines and achieve goals and objectives
Excellent negotiation skills coupled by inherent ability to sell to customer needs
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft office suite
Proven ability to manage conflict, coupled by the ability to work collaboratively
