Olivier's La Boulangerie

is a French artisan bakery with cafes in Coquitlam, Vancouver, and Downtown. We handcraft breads and pastries daily using traditional methods, without chemical preservatives, GMO grains, or high-gluten elements. Alongside our wholesale operations, our cafes are where customers experience our products fresh from the oven in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

We are looking for a passionate and energetic team member to join our Bakery Cafe in Downtown Vancouver as a

Sales Associate/ Barista

. You'll be the friendly face that greets our customers and crafts delicious beverages.

How will be your day?

Baking Danishes, Croissants, and baguettes

Prepare sandwiches, soups, dips, salads and other savory goods

Display and refill the store all day long: breads, Danishes, savoury and pastry

Interact with customers, providing excellent service and building relationships.

Keep the Kitchen clean and tidy

Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Contribute to a positive and upbeat team atmosphere

What you'll need:

Previous experience on bakery or coffee shop (asset)

Basic knowledge of food handling

FoodSafe Level 1 (asset)

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Attention to detail and a focus on quality

Ability to perform physical and repetitive work

Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.85 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 24 per week
