While this is a Sales Associate position, we are looking for a candidate that not only is efficient in providing customer/patient service but someone who is willing to learn new technical skills. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional customer service, demonstrating strong communication skills, welcoming customers/patients, assisting opticians in navigating frame selection for patients, maintain day-to-day organization and cleanliness, and be willing to develop lens edging skills. The ability to utilize various softwares is appreciated.
Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting frames
Develop and demonstrate relevant product knowledge
Develop lens edging skills after a training period
Operate POS systems accurately for transactions, cash handling, and receipts
Maintain merchandising standards to ensure attractive product displays
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering technical support when necessary
Handle cashiering duties with professionalism, including processing payments via cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments
Keep the sales floor organized and clean, ensuring a positive shopping environment
Use effective communication skills to inform customers about promotions, new products, and store policies
Manage time efficiently to serve multiple customers during busy periods

Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37 - 45 per week
