Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Gas Station Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while ensuring the smooth operation of the gas station. This role involves assisting customers with fuel purchases, managing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Duties

Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with fuel purchases and other services. Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately, utilizing basic math skills. Maintain cleanliness of the gas station area, including fueling stations, convenience store, and restrooms. Stock shelves with merchandise and ensure that products are displayed attractively. Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, or promotions. Monitor fuel levels and report any issues or discrepancies to management. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times. Utilize technology for sales transactions and inventory management effectively.

Experience

Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Basic math skills are essential for handling transactions accurately. Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus. Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. A friendly demeanor with a focus on providing outstanding customer service.
