Duties

Ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer experiences Oversee cash handling procedures, including cashiering duties and POS (Point of Sale) system transactions Assist customers with product inquiries, provide product demos when applicable, and promote upselling opportunities to maximize sales Manage stock levels by merchandising products effectively, restocking shelves, and organizing displays to attract shoppers Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with stocking to maintain product availability Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the store environment in compliance with company standards and safety regulations Train and supervise team members on customer service best practices, phone etiquette, and operational procedures Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction Perform basic retail math for transactions, sales reporting, and cash reconciliation at shift end Support grocery store functions if applicable, including assisting with grocery product placement and stock rotation
