Work with us to have our customers\xe2\x80\x99 products and services reach our community instantly - and in 13 different languages! Position Summary Your tasks

  • You will help in the sale of technological products and services for this season, help in the execution of the sales strategy, monitor the proposals made to clients, and configure the services sold.
  • You will offer through our sales channels the products and technological services that we offer to our clients.
  • You will analyze with the sales manager the needs of our clients, as well as the market trends which we will include in the innovation of the product.
Required experience and skills
  • Minimum two years of sales experience in technological services.
  • Studies in business, engineering, commercial or related.
  • Familiarity with the sale process (Lead-investigation-proposal-objections, management-sale, closing-collection) and various sales techniques, such as upselling, cross-selling, and closing strategies.
  • Ability to generate and analyze sales reports to assess individual performance.
  • Objective-focused to exceed the targets.
Soft Skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral
  • Identify and research potential clients through various channels, such as online, networking, and referrals.
  • Generate leads and initiate contact through cold calling, email outreach, and other innovative methods.
  • Ability to anticipate customer needs, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • A deep understanding of the products we offer.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers.
  • Ability to adapt to different situations and customer personalities and handle unexpected challenges.
