Duties

Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, handling transactions accurately and securely. Assist in product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, enhancing the customer shopping experience. Maintain an organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed and stocked. Utilize effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods. Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and enhance overall performance. Handle cash transactions responsibly, ensuring compliance with cash handling procedures. Stay informed about current promotions, product offerings, and technology trends to effectively communicate with customers.

Requirements

Previous experience in retail sales or technology sales is preferred but not mandatory. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. Familiarity with cashiering processes and POS systems is a plus. Demonstrated ability in upselling products to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales. Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain store appearance. Ability to perform product demos confidently and knowledgeably. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a passion for helping others are essential for success in this role.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $15.80-$24.90 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 40 per week
