is the Canadian Licensee for Kids Apparel that sells and markets Tier 1 Global Brands such as Nike, Jordan, Hurley, Levi's, Polo Ralph Lauren, Lacoste, Abercrombie Kids and Converse in the Canadian marketplace. We sell and service the biggest retailers in Canada at the national and regional level.

As our business continues to grow and expand, we are looking to add a new member to the sales team under the role of Sales Associate based. This is an in-person role based at our head office in Montreal. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion with an understanding of the go to market (GTM) selling process, inclusive of product merchandising and presentation.

Core Competencies

Assist the Account Executive in all aspects of preparing for the seasonal sell in process, inclusive of supporting the product line selection, development of presentation materials, including management of the sample process, and the execution to the retailer partner. Work in season with Account Executive to identify business risks and opportunities through the analysis of weekly retailer sales reports, and provide communication to retail partners on all pertinent operational shipping/delivery updates, and maintenance of order books. The ability to learn from the past by developing and presenting seasonal post mortem sales recaps that help the organization to drive and influence the right future behaviors. Proactively read and react to the current business environment and add value through market analysis, consumer trends, and business ambiguity.

Required Skills/Abilities/Education

Bachelor's in Fashion Merchandising, Business or related field Prior internships and/or related experience required The skill set to present and communicate to all levels within the organization and with our retail partners.
