Role Overview

We are seeking a Professional Sales Associate who is passionate about fashion, salesdriven, and committed to helping our customers look and feel their best. The ideal candidate thrives in a fastpaced environment, works collaboratively with others, and has the drive to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers, assess their needs, offer style advice, and make product recommendationso Achieve personal and store sales targets through proactive selling and up/crosssellingo Maintain a high level of product knowledge (brands, trends, fabrics, fits)o Operate pointofsale systems, handle transactions (cash, card, etc.), and ensure accuracyo Ensure visual merchandising standards are upheld; keep displays, racks, and the sales floor organized and attractiveo Assist with inventory control: restocking, processing new product, and managing stock levelso Provide excellent customer service--follow up on questions, resolve issues, build customer loyaltyo Collaborate with team members to support store goals; be a positive, dependable contributoro Work weekends and holidays as required
Qualifications & Skills

Prior experience in retail sales/fashion preferredo Fluent in English; Russian also preferred. excellent verbal communication skillso Comfortable using computers; able to learn POS systems, digital tools, etc.o Wellorganized, detailoriented, able to juggle multiple taskso Strong work ethic; selfmotivated and goaloriented with a drive to succeedo Team player: works well with others, supports coworkers, flexible in contributing where needed
