Overview:

We are currently seeking a motivated, customer-focused individual to join our team at Flooring Liquidators in Hamilton. If you have a passion for home improvement and renovations, and you're looking to work in a dynamic retail environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

What We're Looking For:

5+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or administration Must be eligible to work in Canada Strong administrative and organizational skills Positive, friendly attitude and a strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Availability to work 4-5 days per week, including weekends Punctual, self-motivated, and ready to take on challenges Previous experience in sales and/or home renovations is an asset Fluency in English is required Proficient with: Excel, Quick Books, Microsoft Word, POS systems, Gmail, Kijiji, and Facebook Marketplace

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers with product selection, recommendations, and education Provide excellent service to close sales effectively Process orders, answer phones, and respond to customer inquiries Open and close the showroom according to schedule Handle administrative tasks: filing, Invoicing, booking orders, scheduling installations, and following up with clients Create and post ads online; maintain the store's digital presence

Training

Paid Training: 3-4 weeks (Training will be paid at minimum wage)

Schedule: Weekends Mandatory

Thursday Friday Saturday Sunday (Optional) Monday

Compensation & Job Type

Pay: $20/hour + Commission Job Type: Part-time (long-term opportunity)
