Sales Assistant/lead Generation
Job Description
Are you a motivated and driven professional with a passion for sales and lead generation? Akela Auto is currently seeking a talented Sales Specialist to join our dedicated team!
Responsibilities:
• Identify and engage potential leads through various channels (Social Media)
• Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track progress, and achieve sales targets
• Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to generate repeat business
Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales and lead generation
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
Additional pay:
• Commission pay
Benefits:
• Paid time off
Schedule:
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
