Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. Provide knowledgeable information about products and services to enhance customer experience. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring all merchandise is displayed attractively. Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting regular inventory counts. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets and improve overall store performance. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.

Skills

Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers. Previous experience in sales or retail is preferred but not mandatory. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications is advantageous.
