We are seeking a technically skilled and hands-on
Sales & Application Engineer
to support the integration, documentation, and enablement of our force measurement and weighing solutions. This role combines engineering expertise with customer-facing support, playing a key role in how we deliver, document, and scale our products across a range of industries--from industrial automation to scientific instrumentation.
The ideal candidate is an early-career engineer with a passion for solving technical problems, creating clarity through documentation, enabling others through training and support.
Key Responsibilities
Integration & Support
Provide hands-on support for the integration and configuration of load cells, indicators, junction boxes, force measurement devices, and weighing systems.
Work across applications including industrial automation, process control, transportation, and scientific instrumentation.
Support internal and customer service teams with integration, calibration, and troubleshooting.
Maintain reference procedures for common installation and integration scenarios.
Documentation, Training & Product Enablement
Create, update, and maintain manuals, diagrams, quick-start guides, and datasheets.
Support onboarding of new products into operations, including market research, testing, and training
Fill documentation gaps for existing products and ensure consistent technical references across the company.
Work across applications including industrial automation, process control, transportation, and scientific instrumentation.
Support internal and customer teams with integration, calibration, and troubleshooting.
Maintain reference procedures for common installation and integration scenarios.
Minimum of 1-3 years relevant experience (internships, co-ops considered).
Exposure to instrumentation, technical documentation, or customer support preferred.
Core Considerations:
Strong written and verbal communication--clear, structured, and audience-appropriate.
Attention to detail.
Able to organize tasks, manage timelines, and coordinate across teams.
Comfortable presenting in-person and virtually; confident but clear communicator.
Familiarity with sensors, signal wiring, calibration, and interpreting datasheets/drawings.
Experience and knowledge in programs such as: Microsoft Office 365, AutoCAD/SolidWorks.
Proficient with MS Office and task tracking tools (e.g. Notion, Trello, Jira).
Ability to travel internationally (~10-15%).
