In North America,

La Gantoise Inc.

is responsible for the

distribution of Bugnot products

, particularly agricultural and industrial stone and forestry crushers.
We support our customers daily by offering

high-quality technical service

and

personalized follow-up

.

Your Mission

After-Sales Service & Administrative Management

Ensure

installation follow-up

and provide

after-sales service (A/S)

as needed.

Manage

customer orders

, from entry to delivery and invoicing.

Handle

claims and warranty cases

with suppliers.

Coordinate

technical interventions

and ensure

customer satisfaction

.

Maintain clear communication between

customers, suppliers, and the internal team

.

Sales Development & Technical Support

Develop and maintain a

portfolio of farmers and livestock producers

.

Identify customer needs and recommend

suitable solutions

.

Promote and sell

Bugnot agricultural equipment and attachments

.

Participate in

product demonstrations, trade shows, and technical days

.

Marketing

Develop and expand

online marketing and social media presence

.

Represent the company at

agricultural fairs and exhibitions

.

Identify

new target markets

and opportunities.

Profile Sought



Education in

agriculture, agricultural mechanics, electromechanics, or agri-business

.

Proven experience in

sales, customer service,

or

technical support

within the agricultural sector.

Experience in

online marketing and social media

is an asset.

Strong understanding of

farming operations and equipment needs

.

Organized, autonomous, and customer-oriented

.

Proficient with

computer tools

(orders, CRM, customer tracking).

Willingness to

travel frequently

.

Valid driver's license

required (Class A or heavy vehicle license is an asset).

Bilingual (English and French)

essential.
