Job Overview


We are seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist and Sales Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in sales and administration is a plus.

Duties



Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and taking messages as needed. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records. Handle filing and organization of documents to ensure easy access to information. Assist with customer support inquiries, providing information and resolving issues promptly. Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for various administrative tasks including typing, proofreading, and document preparation. Maintain the front desk area in a clean and organized manner. Support sales team. Collaborate with team members to enhance office efficiency and improve customer service experiences.

Qualifications



Previous office experience is required; experience in a medical or dental office is highly desirable. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications. Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks. Strong customer service orientation with effective phone etiquette. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining professionalism under pressure. Sales Experience Experience with clerical duties such as filing, typing, and proofreading is essential. Familiarity with multi-line phone systems is preferred.
