Job Overview LEON Mfg. Company Inc. & RAMROD Equipment have established manufacturing companies in the City of Yorkton Saskatchewan. We are the leaders in manufacturing agricultural and light industrial material handling equipment. We are seeking applications for a full-time Inside Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This position is located at our head office in Yorkton Saskatchewan. Key projects include enhancing our sales leads through marketing, advertising, & promotion activities and increasing the company\xe2\x80\x99s online presence. This incumbent will also be a support for selling of our equipment parts. Preference will be given to candidates who have a farm background and experience in agriculture marketing. Job Requirements The ideal individual for this position is self-driven with creative and innovative ideas from the marketing perspective, with good writing skills. Education: Completed Marketing diploma/certificate and/or related experience. Experience: At least 2-3 years of successful marketing and/or parts sale experience in the equipment industry is an asset. Should be exposed to making graphic designs and layouts through Adobe Suite {In design, photoshop, Adobe illustrator, etc.}, with a strong understanding of making use of social media as a marketing tool to increase reach. Duties: \xc2\xb7 Plan and organize participation in trade shows. \xc2\xb7 Website and social media management, with regular updates. \xc2\xb7 Preparing brochures, calendars, and newsletters. \xc2\xb7 Responsible for email and online marketing to the prospective and existing customers \xc2\xb7 Timely and effectively managing leads coming on the website and through the marketing email \xc2\xb7 Managing brochures, and product manuals for the sales team and maintaining inventory by regularly printing them to make available when required. \xc2\xb7 Receive and make calls to the dealers and customers when needed. \xc2\xb7 Performing related duties as assigned.
