Tri-Phase Group is an environmental and construction company that has been providing a wide range of services for over 25 years! We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team in the role of sales and marketing coordinator.
The roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Creating sales and marketing material such as project profiles, company profiles, documentation and brochures
- Developing social media posts and digital marketing campaigns
- Developing and attending company events and other industry events
- Sourcing prospective clients for our business
- Maintaining current client relationships
- Sourcing sales leads
- Providing sales reports regarding sales leads
- Create goodwill and excellent customer relations with clients
- Attend all sales and marketing seminars, meetings, conferences
- Maintain accurate records of all presentations, sales calls, names, phone numbers and results, etc. to create a database for future reference and follow up
- Coordinate sales and marketing communications and manage contacts list
- Attending sports games, lunches, coffee, dinner, etc. with clients to foster excellent relationships
- Developing and creating responses to RFQ's, RFPs, RFPQs, Expressions of Interest, and proposals from start to finish
-Creating bid documentation
-Assisting in other administrative duties
- Managing quality control of final bid products
- Assisting project managers with their bids
- Organizing and maintaining documentation
The ideal candidate must possess:
- A valid driver's license G class
- A background education in Sales and/or Marketing
