-Answering phones(transferring calls, taking messages).
-Greeting and looking after customers.
-Preparing and building quotes for sales team and customers on equipment as required and following up.
-Invoicing new and used equipment.
-Preparing and tracking all rentals including dispatch, paperwork, and invoicing.
-Tracking all incoming new and used equipment including shipping and paperwork(purchase orders, custom documents, etc.).
-Setting up all equipment in system and updating on website including specifications, pricing, pictures, etc.
-Understanding all equipment and different brands and assisting sales team and customers for purchase.
-Cold calling customers selling equipment and service by phone and email.
-Updating social media, google, websites, and finding new marketing avenues to acquire new customers and business opportunities.
-Building and sending out biweekly, monthly email campaigns.
-Arranging events, tracking advertising budget, co-op budget, promotional products, etc.
-Provide support to each department whenever necessary in an administrative role.
-All other office duties required
