We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused

Product Specialist (Sales and Leasing Consultant)

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming dealership experience. Identify customer needs through effective listening and product knowledge to match them with the right Ford or Lincoln vehicle. Demonstrate vehicle features, benefits, and performance to help customers make informed decisions. Clearly explain pricing, financing, and leasing options, ensuring transparency and customer confidence. Guide customers through the sales process from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery. Follow up with potential and existing customers to build lasting relationships and encourage repeat business. Work collaboratively with the sales and finance teams to ensure a smooth transaction process. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all Ford and Lincoln models, including features, technology, and safety systems. Stay informed about current market trends, competitor products, and dealership promotions. Provide outstanding service that reflects the values and professionalism of Canada's #1 Ford Dealer.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in automotive sales is required; Ford or Lincoln sales experience is preferred. Valid OMVIC certification is required. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple customers at once. Proficient in dealership software; experience with ERA-Ignite is an asset. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and a strong passion for the automotive industry

Compensation:

This position is 100% commission-based. * Income is directly tied to individual sales performance.
