We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused
Finance and Insurance (F&I) Manager
to support our growing sales operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, professional, and dedicated to helping customers make informed financial decisions while ensuring compliance and maximizing dealership profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Present and explain financing and leasing options to customers clearly and professionally.
Secure financing through approved lenders and ensure all terms are accurately documented.
Sell, register, and explain extended warranties, protection plans, and aftermarket products tailored to customer needs.
Ensure all F&I transactions comply with OMVIC and manufacturer guidelines, as well as all legal and ethical standards.
Review and verify all documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance prior to contract submission.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth and efficient vehicle delivery process.
Maintain positive relationships with lenders, banks, and financial institutions.
Protect customer information and ensure adherence to all privacy and data security standards.
Monitor and track performance metrics, profitability, and product penetration rates.
Provide training and support to sales staff on finance and product presentation techniques.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an F&I Manager in an automotive dealership.
Strong understanding of automotive financing, leasing, and related products.
Valid OMVIC certification is required.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Proficient in dealership software; experience with ERA-IGNITE is an asset.
A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Professional demeanor, integrity, and commitment to exceptional customer care.
Compensation:
This position is 100% commission-based.
Income is directly tied to F&I sales performance and product penetration.

Pay: $100,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
