We are hiring a Sales and Install Coordinator in Calgary, AB!

Reporting to the Sales and Install Team Lead, The Sales and Install Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring a smooth transition from sales to installation by managing documentation, scheduling, and customer communication. This position supports cross-functional coordination between teams, handles warranty and compliance processes, and provides proactive updates to ensure customer satisfaction and project efficiency. Responsibilities:





This position will include, but not be limited to the following:

Documentation and Compliance Management:




Ensure all sales documentation, permits, and contracts are accurate and complete before transitioning to the install team. Verify financing approvals and compliance with company policies and lender requirements. Maintain organized records of customer files, warranties, and project details.



Job Scheduling and Coordination:




Coordinate scheduling between sales, installation crews, and customers to optimize efficiency and meet deadlines. Communicate schedule updates to all stakeholders and adjust as needed for delays or changes. Ensure the installation team has all necessary materials and information for each job.

Customer Communication Experience:




Serve as the main point of contact for customers during the sales-to-install process. Provide proactive updates on project status, timelines, and next steps. Follow up with customers post-installation to confirm satisfaction and address any concerns.



Warranty and Post Install Management:




Register warranties with manufacturers accurately and in a timely manner. Ensure customers receive documentation for their warranties and understand coverage. Coordinate follow-ups for service agreements, recalls, or maintenance as needed.



Collaboration and Process Support:




Act as a liaison between the sales, installation, dispatch, and service teams to ensure a seamless handoff. Identify and address bottlenecks in the process to improve efficiency. Support the sales and install team leads by providing regular updates on project progress and customer feedback.



Qualifications Include:




1-3 years of experience in customer service, or administrative support Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proactive problem-solving skills and customer first mindset. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
