We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales professional to join our team. This role is essential in driving growth and fostering strong relationships with clients in the vehicle and powersports sector. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of sales expertise, finance expertise, customer service skills, and a solid understanding of dealership operations. Duties

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
• Close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and sales training
• Follow Sales Process and Job Process
• Our sales team finishes our delivery's - so there is delivery for vehicles and powersports sometimes outside of Fredericton and new brunswick.
• Assisting in (all sales team assist)- Keeping lot organized, cleaned, showroom organized, winter snow clean up and organization,
• other duties as asked and required

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales within the financial services or dealership sectors.
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow the process we have aligned
• Ability close sales while maintaining positive client relationships.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Hours

In sales there is always the chance of needing to stay late.

Example:

Monday 8:30-7:00pm

Tuesday 8:30- 5:00pm

Wednesday 8:30-7:00pm

Thursday 8:30 -5:00pm

Friday 8:30-5:00pm ( or 6:00pm pending if working Saturday)

Every other Saturday 9:00-4:00pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $97,000.00-$137,000.00 per year
