As our

Hybrid Sales and Finance Manager

, you'll be the ultimate sidekick for customers--helping them pick their dream ride and smoothly guiding them from the showroom to delivery and financing. You'll juggle financing approvals (with the help of our finance team), lead follow-ups, deal structuring, and keep everything legit and above board -- all while making customers feel like rockstars.

This includes:

Getting all paperwork and contracts done fast and flawlessly Keeping customers in the loop about their financing journey Navigating OMVIC and provincial rules like a professional Crunching credit applications and managing records Thoroughly explaining warranties, creditor insurance, and cool aftermarket add-ons with transparency and integrity Breaking down financing options so customers really get it Smashing monthly sales goals and product targets Teaming up and sharing the wins with your awesome coworkers Using effective menu-selling strategies to seal the deal Double-checking all docs for a smooth and speedy funding process Earn solid 5 star google reviews
What You Bring to the Party

2-3 years rocking automotive sales or finance Know your way around F&I products and services Outgoing, upbeat vibe that customers love Valid OMVIC license or ready to get one (we'll help!)
