About Valkyrie Canada: Valkyrie Canada Inc. is a new company with a new way of doing business in the auto industry. We know that vehicles are a necessity in Canadians\xe2\x80\x99 lives, however, we also know that Canadians also have other goals and dreams that get sidelined because of lack of financial education and they need a system that helps them make wiser decisions. Valkyrie Canada was created to join the automotive world with the financial world in a partnership that can rebuild trust to the former by introducing the standards and principles of the latter. Goals like removing creditor protection from loans in favour of personal, more affordable, and underwritten programs; helping customers find vehicles that take into consideration all aspects of their financial program, not just selling vehicles on emotion; and creating a new accepted standard that requires our team to carry an HLLQP financial certification so they can respect and understand the bigger picture of Canadian\xe2\x80\x99s lives. Canadians need help in this area, and Valkyrie is here to serve them. We started with just marketing to financial advisors to help their clients, but have recently expanded to public reach. Because of this, we are looking for bold and strong-hearted individuals to join our team and help take the auto industry into a new era of trust, servitude, and a mission bigger than ourselves. About You: You are someone that has experience in the auto industry and are looking to level up your skills and service. You love the industry as a whole, but connect to our mission of seeing the damage that is caused to everyday Canadians by the emotional push of vehicles and/or the amount of freedom the industry has to influence significant financial decisions for Canadians without financial certification or interest. You want to help bring a positive reputation to an industry you\xe2\x80\x99re passionate about, and are willing to learn a new way of doing things as well as take a government financial certification course, to have the credibility to coach clients with sound advice and the ability to provide better products. You like to challenge the status quo and thrive on innovation and collaboration, especially in your work environment. You believe in bringing ideas, positive energy, and teamwork to a culture. While performance is important, trust and team safety are more important and you not only believe in that, but support that fiercely. You are someone that can be counted on and believe in being a lifelong learner so you can keep our vision in the forefront of your mind, seek to help us make our company better, and expand our branding to the far reaches. What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Be Doing: You\xe2\x80\x99ll start by achieving your financial certification. Once that is completed (2-4 weeks) and your license is approved by the government, you\xe2\x80\x99ll get to work alongside our CEO and Sr. Business Manager to be coached in both the sales and finance sides of our deals in a way that aligns with Valkyrie\xe2\x80\x99s values and mission. You\xe2\x80\x99ll also be shown how we connect with other industry professionals to create solid and trusting relationships that generate leads and expand reach, visit local locations with us, and learn how to present webinars. This will be over a 90-day probationary period that gives us both time to see if our culture and process aligns with you and your goals. By the end of the 90 days, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be expected to have the proficiency to:

  • Execute a deal from start to finish: From the time a new lead comes in, to the time a deal is funded and fully completed.
  • Be able to ethically determine the best options for a customer, whether it\xe2\x80\x99s a purchase, trade, or refinance.
  • Be able to set up appropriate insurance programs and qualify customers.
  • Develop relationships with all financial professionals that entrust their clients to us and execute our standard of communications.
  • Market the Valkyrie brand reputably and passionately.
  • Book and host webinars to multiple niche groups across the financial industry and the public.
  • Uphold the culture of our company and help it stay strong as we continue to expand.
  • Demonstrate a leadership mindset that takes accountability and responsibility for actions and decisions.
  • Demonstrate the ability to be coachable to new ideas and methods, as well as contribute to them innovatively and respectfully.
What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Bring To The Role:
  • Experience in Auto Sales or Auto Finance (having both is an asset).
  • Experience in sub-prime and prime lending is a strong asset.
  • Willingness to take the required government certification to become a licensed financial professional (reimbursement possible).

Compensation This is a commission-based role where your experience will determine where you start for your percentage points. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $3,000.00-$15,000.00 per month Supplemental pay types:
