BDE & Associates (bdeandassociates.com) is looking for interested candidates with SALES and CUSTOMER SERVICE experiences to conduct face-to-face marketing and donor acquisitions for one of our clients. Full and paid training in donor acquisition will be provided.

Full Time Must be available Monday to Friday Weekend availabilities provided to trained candidates Must be able to work for at least 4-5 days, Monday to Friday, between the hours of 12:30 PM and 8:30 PM.

Requirements:

Customer service or sales experience is an asset Strong verbal communication skills in the English language Willingness to interact daily with clients/donors from a wide range of cultures and backgrounds Must be comfortable working independently and making minor decisions without direct supervision Good sense of organization and keen attention to detail Knowledge of customer service best practices and desire to participate in trainings and professional development Ability to perform well in a fast-paced working environment A customer service "superstar" History of reliability and dependability Strong ability to communicate over the phone Someone who's not afraid to do donor acquisitions

Role Description:

The candidate will work on amazing humanitarian projects, speak with clients/donors with the public and within communities, and verify donor information Develop a rapport with clients, demonstrating a friendly and helpful manner to put them at ease Maintain a neat and clean appearance to represent a positive image of the organization and its brand at all times Participate in training and professional development and put new skills to immediate and meaningful use Foster a positive and pleasant working relationship with members of the customer service sales team Familiarize self with current information about projects and campaigns Accurately record customer demographics, or other information digitally or in written form

Pay: Up to $60,475.00 per year
