KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Motivated/Self-starter individual
Sales Professional that thrives in an independent work environment, meeting with business owners and entrepreneurs
The ideal candidate should enjoy both prospecting for new clients and meeting with existing clients
Acquire new customers
Appointments with potential clients
Cold Calling
Oversee the sales process from beginning to end
Develop and maintain a loyal customer base through high quality service
Perform follow-ups with clients to ensure they are completely satisfied
Use CRM to efficiently log activities, prospects and clients.
Address customer complaints and propose sound solutions
Occasionally travel within Canada and USA
Obtain knowledge of the market through research, trade associations and relationship development.
Seek to implement new ideas and or techniques learned through experience and interaction with peers.
Demonstrate a high degree of courtesy, efficiency and professionalism when communicating with internal and external clients
Effectively plan and execute sales strategy
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Post-Secondary education in Sales is required (bachelor's degree preferred)
Minimum five years sales experience as a B2B Sales Representative
Demonstrated track record of achievement in selling products and/or services
Goal-oriented to achieve targets through self-motivation, persistence and determination.
Strong customer service orientation
Strong communication (verbal and written)
Strong presentation skills
Knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Experience:
Sales: 5 years
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $40.00-$60.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
Work Location: In person
