As the Group Insurance Sales Analyst on this 12-month contract, you will report to the Director of New Business and are responsible for coordinating, analyzing and writing quotes. You will support the sales representatives throughout the quote process in the management and development of the text bank, participate in and develop finalist presentations in collaboration with the representatives, as well as participate in the coordination of various projects for the sales team in collaboration with the Director.

Key ResponsibilitiesInitiate and coordinate all steps specific to group insurance RFPs
Analyze and respond to RFPs
Familiarize yourself with each question or sub-question and identify the administrative particularities. Using the text bank, adapt the answer to the needs of the tender and the intermediary involved
Establish deadlines in line with the RFP and follow them up rigorously to ensure that quotes are submitted on time
Ensure quality control of the answers provided by the sectors and carry out the required follow-ups when the information does not meet the needs of the RFP. Contact people in related departments and support them to obtain answers not present in the text bank, additional information or explanations
Be aware of new developments or changes in the market to ensure the accuracy of the texts used
Support and participate in the preparation of all finalist presentations and participate in the post-mortem of them
Work in collaboration with the various sectors to ensure that the bank's texts are up to date and to validate changes requested by the other sectors
Participate and support the New Business Manager during process changes, in collaboration with all sectors concerned
Participate, on behalf of management and as an expert in his/her sector, in various projects as required
QualificationsUniversity degree and/or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in group insurance
Proficient knowledge of the group insurance market
Proficient in English, both spoken and written
Fluency in French is an asset.
