Job Description

About the RoleWe are looking for an exceptionally well organized, personable and professional coordinator who can help coordinate our Sales team by:

  • speaking with prospective clients on the phone and via email;
  • connecting that prospect to the appropriate member of our Tech or Sales team to perform required onsite technical reviews;
  • assist with updating proposals and communicating with both prospects and clients to ensure that accurate proposals are sent in a timely manner;
  • keeping all sales related data meticulously organized inside our Hubspot CRM;
The ideal candidate has:
  • worked in a similar role for at least 2 years;
  • experience with Hubspot;
