The Job:

Sales for carefully curated all natural skincare, wellness and home care products. As a Sales Associate, you'll offer

personalized

expertise and support to our clients,

guaranteeing

every customer leaves our store

, with the perfect product in hand.

Responsibilities:

Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations Process transactions accurately using the POS system, including cash handling and cashiering duties Keep the sales floor organized and visually appealing through effective merchandising strategies Upsell products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales Manage time effectively to ensure all customer interactions are handled promptly Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment Be comfortable on social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter)

Requirements:

Deal breaker - Previous experience in retail sales & skin care knowledge Strong professional communication skills Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately Experience with cash handling procedures and POS systems Strong time management abilities to prioritize tasks efficiently Experience with Jane scheduling software A proactive approach to upselling products while ensuring customer satisfaction
