Responsibilities:


Promptly answer telephone in a warm and inviting manner Operate a multi-line telephone system, transferring calls to appropriate executive, sales representative or department Respond to emails in a timely manner Coordinate and process customer payments, customer accounts, petty cash and cheque requisitions Distributes mail and coordinates all courier pickups Coordinate and processes all necessary documentation and payments for the service department Organize, maintain, and coordinate Company records and files in their proper locations Where necessary, assist in the compilation of data for various reports Perform various clerical and administrative duties Communicate with inquirers and visitors in a professional, friendly and effective manner Acquire basic knowledge about the dealership, in order to be able to respond to inquiries for general information Provide information to customers on various dealership promotions Answer basic customer inquiries or direct customer to appropriate personnel Prepare and reconcile gas vouchers Stock in cars In charge of used car recon process Print Carfax and Safety to complete car files Maintain the reception area in a tidy and presentable manner Other duties as assigned




Requirements:


High degree of resourcefulness, flexibility, and adaptability Ability to apply understanding to carry out instructions in written, verbal, or diagram form Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Word Able to maintain filing systems and basic database Excellent analytical and problem solving skill Superior telephone manners and strong interpersonal skills Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing Able to build and maintain lasting relationships internally and externally Demonstrates CROWN Auto Group's CARMA Values: Collaborate, Accountable, Relationship-focused, Motivated, Attitude Other languages spoken considered an asset
