Winnipeg Hyundai is seeking a Sales Administrator. This role requires exceptional customer service and organizational skills and is a front desk admin position. Applicants must have at least 1 year of experience in a dealership.
This is a multi-taking role that will require you to be able to stay focused and be productive in a very busy environment. Your key responsibilities will be (not limited to):
Updating and working with Google Drive and DMS software, PBS experience a benefit but not necessary.
Stock in new and used inventory
Process vehicle invoices and other paperwork
Communicate with customers and your sales team
Answering and redirecting phone calls to the appropriate department
Filing
Data entry
Faxing and scanning documents
Light cleaning duties
Duties as assigned
Your Skills:
1 year+ experience in administration or customer service in a dealership
Able to identify the VIN on a vehicle
Microsoft Office & Google Docs proficient
Tech savvy
Detail oriented
Strong verbal communication skills
Organizational and multitasking skills
Team player
Motivated
Comfortable on the phone
Excellent customer service
Bilingual is an asset
