Sales Administrator

Job Description


At Moya Financial, our strength is the efficiency with which we deliver leading-edge products and services to the community we serve. We seek a meticulous and adaptable sales administrator to assist our wealth team through various duties, including document processing, updating member information, maintaining sales records, and compiling monthly reports. They may also be required to liaise with other departments. To ensure success, the sales administrator should have experience in a sales environment and advanced administrative skills. Outstanding sales administrators understand sales performance metrics and provide excellent administrative support to meet sales targets.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Contacting members by phone or email to answer queries and to obtain missing information.
  • Verify data accuracy.
  • Liaise with other departments, such as marketing and member services.
  • Process, maintain and update sales and member records (which includes the processing of all nonregistered financial products and registered financial products with our administrator).
  • Develop monthly sales reports.
  • Communicate important feedback from customers internally.
  • Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations.
  • Stay up-to-date with new products and features.
  • Other tasks as assigned.


Functional and Technical Skills

  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Experience with industry software such as Universa, CMR, or similar an asset.
  • Familiarity with sales reports and sales records.
  • Strong PC skills utilizing Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A self-starter with a strong desire to learn.
  • Strong organizational time management skills, a multitasker.

Experience and Education
  • College or University Degree is required.
  • Previous experience in sales administration or a similar role.
