to join our growing team. This is a full-time, in-office role supporting our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service Depts in a busy, technical environment. You'll help streamline the sales process, create accurate quotes, assist in basic marketing efforts, and make daily outbound calls to generate leads. You'll also support the service department and help keep everything running smoothly on the front end.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and send professional customer quotes in a timely manner
Generate and manage weekly and monthly sales reports using Salesforce and Excel
Track pipelines, team activity, and follow-ups to ensure accountability across the Sales team
Conduct 10-15 outbound cold calls per day to targeted prospects, with a goal of booking 2-5 qualified appointments per week
Assist with basic marketing tasks such as email outreach, social media updates, and contact list management
Take initiative to research and understand the Company's products and services, including Telecom, Cloud Voice, Security Systems, and Access Control
Answer incoming calls and create service tickets for the Service department as needed
Provide lunch break coverage and support to other Admin staff when required
Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in a Sales admin, Telemarketing, or customer-facing support role within Canada
Proven ability to make high-volume outbound calls and set qualified appointments
Strong knowledge of Salesforce (or a similar CRM)
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, filters, and data summaries
Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities at once
Self-motivated and resourceful, with the ability to independently learn about products and services
Experience in Telecom, Security Systems, or related Technical industries is a strong asset
