As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for:
- Draft invoices, review for accuracy, and distribute final invoices to clients and coordinate with the Accounting Team on payment due dates and month-end procedures
- Ensure products have accurate pricing on the website and follow up with the Sales Team for real-time price changes
- Maintain working knowledge of all customer accounts and their payment procedures and address any invoicing-related client concerns with the Sales, Customer Service, and Credit Teams for follow-up
- Maintain online ERP database (JD Edwards)
- Process debit and credit memos
- Other administrative duties as requiredQualifications
What will you bring to the table as a Sales Administrator:
- 3 years of experience in an administrative role within a manufacturing setting
- Manufacturing experience is MUST HAVE
- Experience with an ERP system is a MUST HAVE ** experience with JD Edwards is a definite asset)
- College diploma in Office Administration or equivalent is required
- Strong Microsoft Excel Skills are required (PIVOT TABLES, VLOOK UPS, MACROS)
- Excellent verbal and written communication and highly organized, flexible, and willing to take on new challengesSummary
