We are looking for an experienced, detail oriented, full time Office Administrator to join our team. This is an in-office position located in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
In cooperation with the admin team you will be responsible for maintaining the sales files, closings, and related duties for one of HRM's largest Real Estate companies. We have a strong management team committed to our core values, our clients and our team. Our reputation with our clients and within the industry reflects our commitment to these values.
The ideal candidate will:
Have strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Have the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date property listing and sales records
Have a professional and polished demeanor
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.
Ensure friendly, professional and effective communication with clients and team members.
Experience in the real estate industry and strong computer skills (Lone Wolf, Transaction Desk, Paragon, accounting software) are beneficial.
