Assist the Sales Manager in daily operation or activities involving the Marketing and Sales Programs by performing the following duties. Including but not limited to...
1. Process orders coming in on the online sales system
2. Communicate with drafting to ensure all changes are done correctly on the black line and elevation for retailers
3. Communicate with retailers on current orders
4. Schedule orders and create release schedules for production
5. Print & distribute orders for production
6. Issue change orders where necessary
7. Keep reports and spreadsheets up to date
8. Create preliminary invoices and email to customers
9. Process invoices once orders are completed in production
10. Create documents for customers to sign off
11. Make changes to online sales book
12. Keep hard copies and files organized
13. Keep brochures stocked up, ship to retailers when requested
14. Mail decor samples to retailers
15. Keep decor samples updated, labeled and stocked up
16. Checks accounts receivables for past dues monies. Reports problems to Sales Manager.
17. Cover Sales Facilitator duties if necessary
Skills
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Pays attention to detail
Customer service experience a plus

Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
