We're seeking a driven and personable Sales & Administrative Coordinator to join our team on a commission-based structure to start, with the potential to grow into a salaried role.

What You'll Be Doing
Connecting with employers across industries to introduce our recruitment services
Supporting administrative tasks such as scheduling interviews, preparing documents, and managing candidate files
Assisting with job postings, resume screening, and onboarding coordination
Maintaining CRM records and tracking outreach efforts
Collaborating with our team to ensure a seamless and professional client experience
What we are looking for
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
A proactive mindset with a passion for client service
Experience in sales, recruitment, or administrative support is an asset
Familiarity with office tools (Google Workspace, CRM platforms, etc.)
A genuine interest in supporting blue-collar industries and small to mid-sized businesses
Compensation
Commission-based to start, with earnings tied to successful placements and client contracts
