The successful candidate will assist in
sales, administration, and coordination
across multiple areas of the business -- helping establish Kermode Modular as a leader in modular home manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and follow up on all
sales inquiries
and potential client leads.
Support the
management team
with administrative and operational tasks.
Assist with
housing design coordination
and project documentation.
Work closely with
First Nation communities
, government representatives, and other stakeholders.
Help develop and maintain the
company website
and digital presence.
Prepare and submit
quotes, proposals, and correspondence
with clients.
Support the setup and organization of office systems, records, and communications.
Coordinate with the
design and production teams
to ensure timely delivery of information and quotes.
Qualifications & Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Background in
sales, administration, or project coordination
(construction or housing experience an asset).
Proficient in
Microsoft Office
and comfortable learning new digital tools.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced startup environment.
Experience working with
First Nations communities
or government programs is considered a strong asset.
Familiarity with
construction, housing design, or modular homes
is an advantage but not required.
