Summary



The Sales Administrator plays a pivotal role in streamlining sales operations. Their primary responsibilities encompass the comprehensive management of customer accounts, meticulous maintenance of sales agreements, and prompt updating of customer information. They facilitate seamless onboarding processes for new customers and offer steadfast support to the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:



Initiate and manage new accounts within KEX-SF's CMDM and CDM systems, including product configuration in ICRM, and batch coding in MCS systems. Establish various discounts within the KEX-SF's system and prepare respective agreements such as DDP and Third-party Pay. Efficiently upload discount agreements to KEX-SF's DMS system. Ensure the ongoing validity and maintenance of all account details. Update customer profiles and contract details in real-time, as per incoming requests. Diligently file all documentation in designated locations. Monitor discount renewal status monthly, temporarily disabling accounts with lapsed renewals. Investigate billing adjustments, conduct evaluations, and manage KEX-SF's HongChong system for shipments with weight discrepancies. Conduct KEX-SF's IUOP training for new customers, introducing them to basic US export and CN/HK/MO import regulations, as needed. Assist sales executives with the onboarding of new customers. Address customer inquiries via WeChat, email, or phone daily. Engage in meetings with the HQ contract team as needed.

Requirements:



Extensive knowledge and proficiency in Excel. Highly organized with a strong orientation towards task completion. Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English.

Preference:



A fundamental understanding of logistics is desirable.
