We are looking for a Sales Accounting Administrator to join the team on a Contract basis at our beautiful Corporate Head Office on Commercial Street in Middleton, NS! What You'll Do:

Stock incoming vehicles Pay out liens and post bank funding Accurately post deals and floorplans, ensure compliance requirements are met Complete inventory and funding adjustments Prepare and verify accounting entries for vehicle sales, trade-ins, and financing Assist with general accounting duties as needed

What we're looking for:

You have a strong attention to detail and are able to maintain a high level of accuracy. You are proficient with accounting software and/or Dealer Management System(s). You have excellent interpersonal and team building skills. You are self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision, and can meet deadlines. Accounting experience is considered an asset!
