The Opportunity
We're seeking an experienced Sales / Account Manager who has expertise and strong relationships in the Finance & Accounting sector to help build and lead this business vertical with a boutique style approach. This is not a maintenance role - it's a growth and development opportunity for someone who wants to create a practice area, influence strategy, and leverage Quantum's national platform, marketing, and client base to establish a dominant presence in this market.
What You'll Do
- Develop and grow Quantum's Finance & Accounting recruitment vertical in the GTA market in partnership with leadership.
- Leverage your industry network to identify new business opportunities, build relationships with hiring managers, and bring in new mandates.
- Work closely with recruiters to ensure client needs are met through exceptional talent delivery.
- Use Quantum's existing client portfolio to cross-sell and expand recruitment solutions within finance functions.
- Contribute to business planning - from identifying niche specializations to helping shape a future team under your leadership.
- Represent Quantum professionally in client meetings, industry events, and networking forums.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in Finance & Accounting recruitment or staffing (agency experience required).
- Strong, established client and candidate relationships across the GTA and/or national market.
- Proven success in business development, sales, or client management within professional recruitment.
- A passion for building and growing - this role is ideal for someone who wants to leave their mark and help establish a new business line.
