Duties

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base. Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends and customer needs. Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing accounts, and analyzing performance metrics. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients. Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and enhance service delivery. Provide regular updates on account status and progress towards goals.

Skills

Proven experience in business development and sales, with a strong track record of achieving targets. Excellent leadership skills to guide teams towards successful outcomes. Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM tools for account management. Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and client needs effectively. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, for engaging with clients at all levels. Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining positive client relationships.
