Position Overview:
We are seeking a driven and dynamic
Sales Account Executive
to spearhead our growth in the the local Toronto market. You will be responsible for managing existing relationships, developing new partnerships, and driving revenue across the Property Management, Building Management, Hospitality, and Insurance sectors.
This role is ideal for a self-starter with a strong network in the local Toronto market, excellent relationship-building skills, and a passion for driving results. Key Responsibilities:
Build and manage a book of business across commercial and insurance industry verticals
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue goals and expand market share
Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry mixers - including evenings and occasional weekends - to build brand presence
Coordinate closely with operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Act as the face of SERVPRO Team Holmes, representing our brand professionally and consistently
Track and report on sales performance, customer engagement, and market insights
Educate clients on our full suite of services, including emergency mitigation, reconstruction, and cleaning
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
3+ years of proven B2B sales or account management experience
Strong network within Property Management, Building Maintenance, Hospitality, or Insurance sectors
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
A self-motivated, hunter mentality with a focus on solution-based selling
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, and travel as needed
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, service-based industry
Experience using CRM tools to track and manage sales activity
Industry experience (restoration, construction, facilities management, etc.) is a
strong asset
