Office is located at 2295 Dunwin Dr., Mississauga. The Sales Region will be primarily focused on Etobicoke, Mississauga, and Downtown Toronto.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:



The Sales Account Executive will be responsible for a range of tasks including, but not limited to:

Drive new business development by reaching out to potential clients and presenting our products and service offerings Self-generate appointments to leverage growth via Networking, Emails, Cold Calling, and Door Knocking New Contract Negotiations: Responsible for creating, reviewing, and presenting proposals in a professional manner to potential customers for approval Documenting and tracking key potential clients contacted while developing a communication cycle to promote constant contact and promotion of services Daily use of CRM system (ACT! and HubSpot); updating and adding detailed customer information Drive growth by selling services to prospects in all industries Directly communicating and meeting with potential customers to schedule sales presentations while tapping into your creativity in face-to-face client meetings Site visits with potential customers to gather all the key information while learning about their organization Provide regular updates and information relating to weekly activities and sales status to Regional Director Weekly collaboration with Digital Marketing Specialist and Regional Director to achieve monthly target for Account Sales Display professional manners while representing the company You are expected to be on the road about

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EDUCATION



High School Diploma OR College Diploma (Business Experience preferred) Previous experience in Sales (Inside and Outside) considered an asset Experience with Business Development is considered an asset Experience with CRM systems (specifically ACT!) considered an asset Highly organized, focused, and comfortable making direct communication with prospective customers Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of products (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills with a tremendous focus on details Understanding of margins, pricing, and costing Versatile, flexible, and willing to work within constantly changing priorities Highly motivated and driven to succeed with unparalleled enthusiasm Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills with a focus on customer service and the ability to build and maintain relationships Ability to work independently, in a team, and meet deadlines Strong analytical skills with an ability to multitask and balance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Ability to develop effective working relationships with all departments within the organization Ability to document detailed and accurate prospect and client information in an electronic database

MUST HAVE:



Valid Class G Driver's license and your own reliable vehicle available Mon-Fri Superior communication skills, both oral and written Ability to work independently Comfortable "knocking on doors" and cold-calling potential customers within your territory
