About the Role

We're looking for a

Sales Account Executive

who knows how to talk business with home service pros--and close deals that make a difference. If you've sold digital marketing services before and know the difference between good and great, this is your seat at the table.

You'll join a performance-driven, creative team that believes in clarity, results, and long-term relationships. This isn't cold calling off a list--we'll give you real leads, structured support, and an agency that can actually deliver.

What You'll Be Doing

Own the Pipeline:

Drive new business by connecting with service-based business owners--HVAC, roofing, landscaping, plumbing, and more.

Close with Confidence:

Run discovery calls, present custom strategies, and clearly communicate the ROI behind our work.

Know the Product:

Become an expert in our SEO, web, and Google Ads packages so you can pitch from a place of clarity and value.

Exceed Goals:

We expect you to hit (and ideally exceed) $5K+ in new MRR per month.

Collaborate & Improve:

Work closely with marketing, SEO, and dev teams to align solutions and sharpen our approach.

Stay Sharp:

Keep up with trends in local search, paid media, and digital buying behavior in the trades/home services space.
What You Bring

2+ Years of Sales Experience

in digital marketing, SaaS, or home service marketing (websites, SEO, ads).

Track Record of Results:

You've closed deals, grown accounts, and you know how to sell consultatively.

Industry Savvy:

You get tradespeople and small business owners--and they get you.

CRM-Driven:

Comfortable with HubSpot, Zoom, Loom, Google Workspace, and other sales tools.

Team Player with an Edge:

Driven but collaborative, ambitious but grounded.
