Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a

Sales Account Executive

to join our team in

Grande Prairie, AB

. This role will focus on driving sales of wireless communication systems and infrastructure to industrial and commercial clients in the region. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in sales and account management, with experience in B2B environments and an understanding of communication technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, developing new business opportunities, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:



Execute a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed sales targets. Identify and engage key clients in the Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional sectors. Generate leads through referrals, networking, cold calling, and industry events. Act as a key point of contact for clients, providing excellent service and support. Present and demonstrate communication solutions tailored to customer needs. Provide customized proposals, quotes, and presentations in alignment with company pricing guidelines. Negotiate and close sales, collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution. Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and contribute to market analysis. Collaborate with technical and support teams to resolve client inquiries or concerns. Stay informed on industry trends, new technologies, and competitor offerings. Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with customers. Travel to different sites is expected which may require overnight stays.

Qualifications:



Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or account management, ideally within the wireless communications or related technology sectors. Strong B2B sales experience with a record of achieving or exceeding sales goals. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences. Self-starter with a high level of motivation, professionalism, and integrity. Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs. Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills to identify client needs and provide effective solutions.

Preferred Qualifications (Asset):



Familiarity with OEM solutions such as GE MDS, Motorola, Cambium, and Cel-Fi. Experience selling or supporting these technologies in a commercial and industrial setting. Ability to clearly articulate the competitive advantages of our solutions.

Compensation:


This role offers a base salary of $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 annually, complemented by a quarterly bonus compensation package tied to individual and company performance. The final compensation package will be discussed during the interview process and will be based on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
