Between 9:00 AM - 8:45 PM (rotating schedule, including opens, closes, and weekends)

Salary:

From $17.20 per hour + tips

What You'll Do

As a Salad Maker/Prep Team Member, you are responsible for delivering

outstanding service

while preparing high-quality meals. You'll be the face of The Green Window--friendly, efficient, and always ready to help.

Responsibilities:

Greet every customer with warmth, energy, and professionalism Guide guests through the menu and make helpful suggestions Prepare salads and bowls quickly and accurately, following recipes and presentation standards Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked prep line Keep all work areas sanitized and follow food safety protocols Restock ingredients and supplies throughout the shift Communicate clearly and positively with team members Handle customer questions or concerns with care and attention

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or customer service (preferred) Excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail A positive attitude and team-first mindset Ability to multitask and work efficiently during busy shifts Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and rotating shifts Valid Food Handler Certificate (or willing to obtain) Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
