enthusiastic Casual Coverage Office Administrator

to join our dynamic team.

Employment Type:

Casual - Full-time hours available until mid-September, after which the role transitions to casual status

Required Hours:

Variable between 7AM-8PM (dependent on coverage shift)

Start Date:

As soon as possible

Compensation:

$17 to $19

Our Office Administrators provide outstanding administrative support to patients and co-workers and keep the focus on patient-centered care.



Required Criteria



Must have a reliable vehicle to commute between clinics



Must be able to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, and Saturday's



Direct rehab experience not required; however, experience in a fast paced busy retail or service industry position is an asset



Must be able to commit to a one-year term



Primary Responsibilities Include



Greet patients, staff, and visitors to the clinic in a professional and courteous manner

Assist patients with scheduling appointments and making payments at the front desk

Answer phones

Coordinator the flow of patients safely through the clinic

Intake process for new patients

Scan, fax and upload documents to the Electronic Medical Records system

Private, third party, and AHS billing

Maintain privacy and confidentiality for all patients, staff and physicians

Adhere to all Momentum Health Policies and Procedures

The Successful Candidate will have the Following Experience/Education



Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written



Comfortable with different software applications (MS Office, Google-Suite). We use the medical billing systems: Practice Perfect and Med Access and need candidates to be able to learn these systems quickly.

High School Diploma

Medical Office Administration certification or experience is an asset but not necessary if candidate has experience in a fast paced retail or service position
